As we said this is a graphic drama – adventure played from third-person view.The game started development in April 2013. It emphasizes story and character development over traditional and intricate point-and-click puzzles.
The authors of the game stated that they wanted a game to have a very nostalgic look.Jean-Maxime Moris said of the setting and art style:
“To me it’s really one of those places that bring this kind of nostalgia, and I mean this in a positive way.”
All textures seen in the game are hand painted to achieve what artistic director Michel Koch called “impressionistic rendering”.
GAMEPLAY:
Introducing the mechanic of rewinding time allows the player to go back and redo any action other than what is done past a checkpoint (however long a checkpoint lasts).Choices,choices,choices!The choices made will alter and affect the story through short, mid or long-term.Also,your choices in the game doesn’t give you definite answers.No! They put you in thinking,anticipating and resolving.Dialogue exchanges can be rewound while branching options are used for conversation.The player can also examine and interact with objects indicated by a system of hand drawn icons, which enables puzzle solving.
PLOT:
After many years of being away from her hometown, senior photography student Maxine Caulfield returns to Arcadia Bay, Oregon. She reunites with her estranged best friend Chloe Price, and discovers that Chloe’s father had died the year Maxine left town. Since then Chloe has lived with an irreparable sorrow. Despite having found support in a girl named Rachel Amber, her friend eventually went missing under suspicious circumstances. Max and Chloe decide to jointly investigate Rachel’s disappearance, and thus make their way to unravel the city’s hidden secrets.One of the main features in this game is Maxine’s ability to rewind time.

In November 2014, the publisher expressed interest in having physical copies released of the game, but added that they “are currently 100 per cent focused on the digital release”. The release date of the first episode was announced the following month as 30 January 2015.The announcement also accompanied the reveal of the game’s first trailer.
Engine in this game is wide world well-known Unreal 3 engine which has been quite open for modders to work with.So we’ll see if the game gets any mods.The game will be release for PC,PLAYSTATION 3 & 4,XBOX ONE & 360.
